We were having issues with our UPVC door; the locking system had jammed. Steven came out the next day and sorted the issue straight away. He is very prompt, professional and friendly; we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and his prices are very fair. This is the second time we have called him out, and we'll do so again if we encounter any issues with our locks in the future.

2nd time we have used SF Locksmith to repair old tilt-and-turn double-glazed windows. The first visit was about 5-6 years ago, and he replaced the entire mechanism. The window still works perfectly. Second visit during the week of 25 May 2026, to look at a stuck window. Opened it with no damage and identified the faulty part. Unfortunately, no replacement is available at this time. Spent a little time considering the issue and came up with a working solution. Very happy with his workmanship, clear explanations, and communication. I chose an experienced locksmith to fix the lock on my heavy old patio doors. Stephen worked his magic and completed the repair at a lower cost than initially indicated, so the bill was a nice surprise.
